Shipping and Delivery
IZAVEL VARELA garments are made-to-order and delivered within 4 to 6 weeks via USPS
Any orders over $200 will receive free shipping otherwise it is flat rate of $20.
How long will it take to ship my order?
It takes a little bit longer because each piece is made-to-order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your order to arrive. We use USPS Ground for all orders placed with free shipping. You will be notified of your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you require faster delivery, you can choose the express option, available for an additional cost. If your order hasn’t shipped as quickly as you expected, please double-check the product description to make sure you’re not expecting a made-to-order or pre-sale item (those take a little longer to ship out!).
What if I need my items to arrive more quickly?

What if my product arrived damaged?
Yikes! Please document the damaged product (and, if applicable, damaged packaging) with photos and email them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy?
Online returns: If you have already purchased and want to return it for a full refund or store credit, please send the item to our returns department. Returns will NOT BE ACCEPTED after 21 days post-purchase. All tags must be attached and the item must not show any signs of wear. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will process your return.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
For now, we only ship within the 50 United States, but email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re interested in delivery to your country. We’ll see what we can do!

If you live in California, DC, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington you will be charged applicable sales tax. If you live in Canada, you will be charged provincially applicable PST/HST/GST. If you live elsewhere, you will not be charged sales tax.
ALTERATIONS AND REMAKES
My garment doesn't fit, what options do I have?
If you live in the NY AREA
We’re all about options here. Need minor adjustments? We will come to you for a fitting session and will cover the cost for the alterations. Still not quite right? We’ll give you a full refund – no questions asked?
If you live outside the NY AREA
We will cover up to $75 for alterations costs. Still not quite right? We’ll give you a full refund.
How long does it take to for alterations for a finished garment?
We will finish the alterations in 7 to 10 business day then we will ship the garment to you

You can use our original packaging or a small box!
MEASURING AND TAILORING
Do I need a tailor to take my measurements?
Not at all! You can just follow the video tutorial online or book an appointment with the designer by either sending us an email to email@example.com or call us at 225-247-4440 if you are located in the NYC Area.
Can I use the measurements from a suit I own?
We need your actual body measurements.
Where do I get a tape measure?
You can order a tape measure from us for your starter kit. Once you receive your package, you will be able to use the discount code to cover the cost of the tape measure on your next order from our products.
How do I ensure my measurements are accurate?
Follow our video tutorial on taking measurements and you can’t go wrong. That said, there’s a chance some of your garments won’t fit the way you want right out of the box; minor alterations might be needed. If that’s the case we will come to you for a fitting session and the alterations are on us. We want to make sure you’re happy.
Where are your clothes made?
We have in house sample makers and pattern makers to ensure the best fit in
New York City.
Is everything on your website custom made?
Yes, everything we do is made for you.
How do I book an appointment?
